Mt. Crescent will take a 20% commission on all purchases.

Yes! It’s to raise funds for the ski patrol’s training and development programs
How much is it for a table to sell your own gear?
$20 for roughly a 36”x36” space
How much does it cost for Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol to sell my gear for me?
Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol will take 20% of each item sold to help raise funds for the patrol.
Will my stuff be safe?
We'll be watching closely for sticky fingers. Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol will tag all sold items and a door person(s) will check every item to make sure they have a sold tag as people are leaving.

Can I drop my gear off earlier/ set up early? Where?
Yes, you can drop gear off 1 hour before the event starts. Beginning at 11:00AM, you can bring gear to the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema’s Liquid Sunshine Lounge where you can drop off/ set up.
How should I price my stuff?
Look up to see what similar items are going for on Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc. You can also use Google Image search to find closely related items and show their prices
How should I label my items?
If you are having Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol sell the items for you, a sheet of labels will be emailed to you after purchasing a table(s). Follow the directions included with the labels. Labels will be cut off and saved. If you are selling the items yourself, you can label however you choose.
What if my stuff doesn’t sell?
Pick it up after the event from 5pm-8pm at Alamo. Leftover items will be donated.
How do I collect my money if Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol is selling my items?
Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol will payout at the end of the event or can mail you a check
What types of payment will you accept?
Cash is always best at an event like this. Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol will have a credit card swipe for items they are selling for others. Each individual purveyor will have their own system.
I'm selling stuff, will I have access to a power outlet at my table?
No. Please plan accordingly.
Is there Wifi?
Yes! Do note that speeds could be limited with a large gathering.
What kind of stuff can I sell at the gear swap?
Outdoor recreation gear including:
Skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, poles
Backpacks- for skiing, hiking, backpacking, climbing, etc.
Bicycles, and cycling equipment: Racks, lights, bags, mounts, electronics
Kayaks, paddles
Sleeping bags/pads, stuff sacks, water filtration/purification, camping cookware
Climbing gear. Sell/Buy at your own risk. Please no used ropes.
Running shorts and clothes. Shoes if only very gently worn or like new.
Outerwear: Jackets/Pants- wind/water resistant
Midlayers: Fleeces/Wools
Baselayers: Wool, polyblends, wicking fabrics, etc. more fitted to the body
Lifestyle clothing: Anything in good condition- might consist of your cotton Ts/Pants, etc. geared toward the outdoor person
Footwear: Shoes/Sandals/ Boots geared toward the outdoor person
